Welcome to Glens Falls-Saratoga's Younger Members Group!
We are a sub-group of the GF-S Chapter, geared towards people in their 20s and 30s; but all YMG events are open to everyone - both the young and the young at heart! Our younger members are also bringing new ideas to our Chapter, helping to take it to the next level! Some of these ideas, some of which are currently being worked on, include:
- "Trail-gating" (a post-hike BBQ at the trailhead)
- "Request an outing/event" form on our website
- Adirondack inspired games on our website
- Theme hikes (have any ideas?)
- More YMG outings leaders
- Different types of chapter programs (not just slide-shows)
- YMG social events (is there any interest in these?)

Many exciting events are planned for the GF-S Chapter over the next few months, including the following YMG outings:- May 2: Noonmark Mt.
- June 12: Belfry & Poke-O-Moonshine Mts. (Fire Tower Peaks)
- July 25: Avalanche Pass
